I promised myself I would take & post progress photos every 6 weeks for accountability & motivation.  These are from 6 weeks into 2012.  Gaining some muscle in shoulders & traps (that’s been the focus of the last 6 weeks, so…yeah for progress there)!  Holding steady around 12% BF.  Still looking to work toward single digits, but taking a couple months to work through some challenging programming at maintenance before cutting again.
